Interior Design Procurement Specialist (Custom Ordering/ Procurement experience required)

Gage-Martin Interiors is a boutique interior design studio based in Tampa, FL offering a highly creative, client-focused environment where every team member plays a meaningful role. About the Role You will be responsible for managing procurement, tracking orders, ensuring materials meet project specifications, resolving freight issues, and communicating updates across designers, vendors, and clients. Procurement Qualifications • Proven experience in procurement (custom orders), purchasing, and FF&E project coordination (design industry experience or related required) • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage numerous deadlines • Professionalism and strong judgment when handling vendors and clients • Problem-solving mindset with commitment to proactive follow-through • Experience navigating freight processes and claims a plus • Experience in interior design or related field preferred • Studio Designer experience is preferred, but not required • Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience: • Custom Ordering / Procurement: 1 year (Required)
