We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail oriented, a self-starter with strong communication skills, and a skilled negotiator. We are looking for someone to make ICO their home and have long term success with us. Responsibilities • Source project materials and furniture • Correspond with vendors to compile custom quotes for finishes/furniture • Develop and maintain strong vendor communication for product based materials/contract based services • Create, order and track client purchases • Meet deadlines and budgets • Collaborate with internal teams on projects
