Headquartered in Chicago with 5,000+ employees in 300+ offices across the U.S. and licensed in all 50 states, we’ve helped thousands of homeowners with more than $37 billion in home purchase loans and refinances in just the past year alone. *Key Responsibilities: * Implement design plans, including layout, sourcing materials, finishes and color schemes Collaborate with Facilities on construction projects, spatial planning, procurement, developing and meeting budgets & timelines Collaborate with CEO & stakeholders to understand design requirements & preferences Create and manage project timelines & schedules, ensuring timely completion & within budget Vet vendors, research & evaluate suppliers, products and services to ensure quality and value Creating and updating a preferred vendor list with approved quality products & services Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors Help facility staff with procuring any equipment or supplies needed at the best price Obtain multiple bids on projects to ensure best prices & savings Assist with design and procurement projects outside of Rate, as assigned by CEO Manage inventory of materials, furniture, and fixtures Establish designer accounts with discounts for Rate Utilize purchasing platforms and manage purchasing processes and approvals for orders and payment Optimize purchasing processes and streamline systems for requesting quotes, negotiating prices and placing orders for supplies, services and equipment Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products and technologies The company offers a comprehensive benefits program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; critical care insurance; personal accidental insurance; commuter benefits; pet insurance; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program); and other supplemental benefits (e.g. legal planning assistance; identity theft protection; pet insurance; wellness resources).
