Job Overview "> Designers play a pivotal role in driving sales and supporting department and store goals by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely product delivery, and maintaining a visually appealing showroom environment. Designers must possess a keen eye for detail, staying organized and efficient while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, meeting their kitchen and/or bath project needs • Assess stock levels of samples and brochures, restocking as necessary to support In Stock initiatives • Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an attractive and safe shopping environment, aligning with Store Appearance priorities Key Requirements: • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Equal Employment Opportunity
