Lawrence Group’s St. Louis office is seeking an experienced Intermediate Design Professional with 5-10 years of architectural interior design or architectural design experience in a professional office environment to join our Retail Design Studio. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design Architecture, Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.5-10 years of experience in architectural interior design or architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating involvement in a variety of project types and phases.Basic level of Project Management skills meeting project schedules & deadlines, engineer & consultant coordination, building department correspondence, issuing permit drawing sets and client interaction.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software.Strong graphic and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas through drawings, renderings, and presentations.Solid understanding of architectural principles, building materials, building codes, and construction techniques.Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, with rapid project turnaround and timelines typically measured in weeks rather than months.Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to various project types and locations.Membership in professional organizations related to interior design or architecture (e.g., IIDA or AIA) is a plus.Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibility.
