This positions project involvement may include design research, finish material selection/specification, furniture selection/specification, developing design concepts from concept to construction document, preparing full color design renderings and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, BIM360, and Enscape, as well as, construction administration including but not limited to responding to RFI’s, preparing and issuing Proposal Requests and ASI’s, shop drawing review, and site visits as required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with a strong work ethic, with the ability to juggle multiple projects deadlines. • Experience in all phases of design from Pre-development/Concept Design through Construction Administration required. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
