General Description: The Interior Design Program Manager is responsible for developing, defining, and managing the design projects for new construction and renovation of facilities-related projects for OU Health. Responsible for interior furnishings across the OU Health system, including the development and implementation of standards, policies, selection criteria, budgets, purchasing, inventory control, warranties, and lifecycle maintenance to drive consistency, efficiency, and design excellence. Responsible for maintaining and updating electronic plans, for all owned and leased OU Health facilities, including construction documents, as-builts, informational plans, and regulatory required plans, enabling informed decision-making and long-term asset management. • Responsible for interior furnishings across the OU Health system, including the development and implementation of standards, policies, selection criteria, budgets, purchasing, inventory control, warranties, and lifecycle maintenance to drive consistency, efficiency, and design excellence. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from CIDA-accredited program or Architecture required.
