The Project Manager will work alongside the Lead Designer and Lead Contractor to execute projects from concept to completion. The Project Manager will also assist in operational and administrative tasks, such as maintaining the website, organizing the sample library, applying for trade accounts, and maintaining digital files. Job Responsibilities • Support the team during client meetings and onsite visits construction projects; represent Lead Designer and Lead Contractor when needed • Online and in-person research for products, both design and construction related • Assist in design and construction selections, including finishes, hardware, fabric, lighting, furnishings, and accessories • Create and maintain project budgets, proposals and shared team documents between client, designer, and contractor • Apply for trade accounts and manage trade and showroom accounts • Place all orders for client selections • Manage orders by tracking, receiving and inspecting in-office deliveries, and handling returns • Update marketing materials and website portfolio as needed • Manage the PLP office by maintaining filing systems and sample/resource library and ordering necessary office supplies Job Requirements • Availability to work Monday through Friday (mostly in the PLP office, with some flexibility) • Ability to communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors • Excellent problem-solving, especially in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multi-task and work independently • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design management software is a plus, but not a requirement • Previous experience in interior design or creative field is a plus, but not a requirement, as long as applicant is enthusiastic and interested in interior design and residential renovation Pay: From $25.00 per hour
