We seek an experienced project manager/interior designer to join our team as a full-time staff member. DUTIES • Plans, elevations and RCPs in AutoCAD • Select and write FF&E; schedules • Obtain quotes for orders; review for proper lead time, pricing delivery and freight costs; follow-up on information pertinent to specifications and orders. • Prepares proposals and proposal packages including written descriptions of items • Prepare job sheets, verify job sheet information and accuracy, obtain approvals from Senior Designers. • Processes purchase orders and perform status tracking • Get approvals on CFAs, finish samples and merchandise and follow up with outstanding order issues. • Coordinate with vendors, clients, architects and consultants • Shopping at the Design Center • Inspecting items at the warehouse • Specifying window treatment details for estimates, etc.
