Interior Design Project Manager for Luxury Furniture Brand

Luxury to-the-trade furniture company seeks professional project managers to work with Interior Design and Architect clients. Responsibilities will include: \\- Presentations and meeting with designers to sell company products and services and determine specifications for their projects \\- Generating detailed comprehensive estimates \\- Processing, management and tracking of clients purchase orders \\- Maintaining detailed project notes and spreadsheets \\- Managing all aspects of clients projects from initial meetings to final installation and maintenance \\- Preparing clear detailed manufacturing instructions for factory \\- Inspecting finished products for quality control \\- General organization and filing of paperwork and materials relating to the project \\- General customer service The ideal candidate: \\- will have 3-5 years experience \\- will be able to work independently \\- will communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues and vendors \\- will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work flow, and meet time sensitive deadlines \\- will be highly self-motivated and have a positive attitude \\- will be an excellent communicator \\- will have high level of professionalism \\- will have the ability to draw and read scaled drawings and blueprints (profiency with CAD a plus)
