The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from start to finish and should have extensive experience and a deep understanding of the design process. Additionally, this individual will manage client relationships, maintain a constant understanding of the relationship's dynamics, set expectations, and educate clients on our process and what to expect as the project progresses. • Lead site visits, in collaboration with Designer; handle all documentation and follow up • Support other design team members as needed to foster a collaborative and positive work environment • Responsible for all meeting documentation and follow-up • Evaluate project requirements, develop comprehensive resource plans, and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
