Interior Design Project Manager

We are located in Ventura, and specialize in full-service remodels, new builds, and furnishing projects, all with our signature California casual aesthetic that is refined but perfectly livable. This person must have an eye for detail, a passion for being organized, and desire to double and triple check everything to make sure things are correct. The Interior Design industry and the MND brand requires a high level of detail and your customer service skills must be exceptional in order to provide the experience that we are known for. Qualifications: • You are VERY organized with very high attention to detail • You check, double-check, and triple-check your work • You love spreadsheets and keeping them up to date • You like interior design, but do not want to be a designer • You appreciate organized processes but can also thrive in a changing environment • You seek answers before asking questions • You think of ways to do things better, smarter, and more efficiently • You are insanely organized with an attention to detail that can’t be beat • You are insanely organized with an attention to detail that can’t be beat • You are insanely organized with an attention to detail that can’t be beat Compensation + Benefits: • We work Monday - Friday, but take every other Friday off (9/80 schedule) • Paid time off on accrual basis • Paid holidays • 401(k) with matching after 6 months of employment • Health insurance stipend after 6 months of employment • Employee discounts • Pay is negotiable based on experience, but starting at $30 per hour
