• Produce schematic, construction documents and design presentations using AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS PowerPoint, and other applications as needed. • 3+ years’ experience in Interior Design required, preferably in multi- family, with a deep knowledge of finishes, furniture, fixtures and fabrics. • 3+ years’ experience in a project management role, with extensive knowledge of capital projects and construction principles. • Self-starter with the ability to travel. • Strong ability to multi-task with time management skills and ability to adapt to ever changing demands.
