Whitney Wilkinson Design Studio is looking for a Project Manager/Procurement Specialist to oversee all aspects of our interior design projects, from conception to completion, ensuring smooth execution by managing timelines, budgets, client communication, and coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to realize the vision for a space, while maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction. Project Planning: • Develop detailed project plans including scope of work, timelines, milestones, and budget breakdowns based on client requirements. Vendor Management: • Source and manage relationships with vendors including contractors, furniture suppliers, and material providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Technical Skills: • Experience in project management tools and software. Knowledge of or in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is a plus.
