The Design Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the projects and work assigned to them. Specific Responsibilities: The Design Project Coordinator shall: • Assist with establishing the scope of work for projects consistent with Weinstein Properties and project objectives. Must be able to generate a finish package with appropriate finishes for the design and be able specify the selected finishes. • Facilitate communications among the Property Manager, the Leasing Team, the Contractors, Design Project Manager and the Construction Program Director. Employees must be available to work in the corporate office as required by the employee's manager, director, and/or department policy.
