Interior Design Project Manager

Role Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and design-savvy Interior Design Project Manager to oversee and execute residential and commercial design projects. This person will be the connective tissue between the creative team, vendors, clients, and contractors. Purchasing & Procurement • Manage FF&E purchasing from quoting and ordering to tracking and delivery • Create and maintain detailed budgets and purchase schedules via Stylerow software • Liaise with vendors to secure pricing, lead times, samples, and invoices • Oversee installation logistics, including white glove delivery coordination Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in interior design, project management, or a similar role • Strong understanding of interior design process and terminology • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar) • Comfort and fluency with spreadsheets, numbers, and financial tracking • Proficient in Quickbooks • Experience managing vendor relationships and purchasing workflows • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills • Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-oriented • Passion for design and an eye for detail Experience: • AutoCAD: 3 years (Required) • QuickBooks: 1 year (Required) • SketchUp: 1 year (Preferred) • Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
