We are recruiting for an Interior Designer Project Manager to join our team. Duties include: requesting quotes, writing proposals, CAD elevations, furniture and millwork plans, expediting, status tracking, preparing hardware, plumbing and finish schedules, shopping, inspecting items at the warehouse, specifying window treatment details for estimates, writing budgets, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Strong AutoCAD Proficiency • Must have worked in residential design, not just in commercial design • Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast paced, busy and creative atmosphere • Strong attention to detail • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign • A “can do” attitude, and the ability to work well with others on a team • A valid driver's license and access to a car (or car share) to visit job sites, the design center, and fabricator locations • Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Architecture and Design or in Architecture • Live within commuting distance to the office (when we can reopen) • Must be Fully Vaccinated by start date Compensation • Salary commensurate with experience • Annual profit- sharing bonus • 401(K) with 4% match after one year. • 3 weeks vacation (year 1), 4 weeks (year 2), 5 weeks (starting year 5) • Monthly Healthcare Contribution for the staff member at the silver level in covered California. • Fun, Team-Oriented Atmosphere with a Chance to Grow in Skills and Position • We provide you with a fast computer setup at home so you can work remotely when needed.
