Interior Design Project Manager

We are looking for a creative, experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our Interiors Studio. If you love leading design projects from concept to completion and enjoy working closely with clients and teams, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do: • Lead interior design projects across various sectors—from ideas to final install • Work with clients to turn their vision into functional, inspired designs • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation • Oversee FFE selections, materials, and finishes • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners • Support a collaborative, creative studio environment What We’re Looking For: • 8+ years in a professional interior design or architecture firm • Certified Interior Designer (CID) preferred • Proficiency in Revit (work samples may be requested) • Familiarity with Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills • Comfortable working in-person at our Baltimore office BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
