Interior Design Project Manager

The talented design team excels at creating beautiful bespoke interiors while maintaining excellent client service and communication with contractors, architects and artisans. Candidate: We are seeking a talented project manager to join our team full time who is creative and enthusiastic about all aspects of residential design. The right candidate will be a self- starter who is highly motivated and interested in the opportunity to learn and grow. Responsibilities: Assist Principal and the team with all project management aspects of the project from design development to final installation Research and collaborate during design development phase as directed by the Principal Secure vendor quotes, create client proposals and vendor purchase orders Maintain detailed client files, including proposals, invoices, CFAs, schedules and samples Assist in monitoring and maintaining client budgets and statements Correspond with studio approved vendors Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in residential interior design Excellent project organization skills Detail oriented and thorough with the ability to take direction well Ability to multi-task multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work flow in dynamic office environment Ability to prepare efficient written communication for design team, vendors and artisans Experience in using Dropbox and Excel programs Personal transportation
