We are an LA-based Interior Design firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial design **Please note : Applicant must have AutoCAD skills ** The candidate will assist in the entire design process from concept to completion and come from a design school background or have had experience working with another designer or architect. Responsibilities : -Support the Principal Designer and team by overseeing residential and/or commercial projects from initial planning to competition -Assist Designers in creating budgets, receiving quotes, inputting information into design program Studio Designer -Prepare floor plans and elevations in AutoCAD to communicate design vision -Source fabrics, fixtures, materials, finishes, etc. -Works well under deadlines and juggle multiple projects / multitask -Strong follow through to see all given tasks to completion -Works professionally with Clients, Vendors and Colleagues -Creative problem solving, organization and time management skills Skills & Qualifications: -Proficient in AutoCAD (3+ years) with strong drafting skills -Experience in rendering is a plus -Experience with Software (Adobe Suite, Powerpoint, Word, Excel) -Studio Designer (We are willing to train the right person how to use this program) -Bilingual (English and Spanish) - not required but a plus -Eye for detail and design -Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills -Experience working in a fast paced environment -At least 3 years experience in high-end residential and/or commercial design We look forward to hearing from you!
