Brockschmidt & Coleman Interior Design and Decoration seeks an experienced full time Project Manager to work closely with the principals in our New Orleans office to oversee residential projects in a wide variety of locations from coastal Maine to the mid-Atlantic to the deep south and Florida. Responsibilities for this role include: \\- Overseeing multiple projects in various stages of completion \\- Close communication with clients, vendors, and contractors \\- Researching and sourcing furniture, hardware, lighting, finishes, etc. \\- Creating presentations for client meetings \\- Attending jobsite meetings; keeping notes of discussions \\- Creating proposals and purchase orders; placing orders \\- Maintaining delivery and installation schedules \\- Creating project budget and specifications spreadsheets \\- Drafting furniture plans and details for custom furnishings Qualifications include: \\- Two plus years working in a high end residential design firm \\- Proficient in Design Manager, Microsoft Office Suite programs, Google Drive, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop \\- Extremely detail oriented and comfortable working on several large projects at once \\- Knowledge of high end design sources for furniture, lighting, and finishes \\- Excellent written and spoken communication skills \\- Fluent in English \\- Able to work in US The position will include a competitive salary based on qualifications, as well as health insurance, 401k, and paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
