Interior Design Project Manager & Assistant

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and the operational lead for each project—coordinating designers, vendors, contractors, and installers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Kirii Design’s high standards. You will report directly to the Design Principal and work closely with the design team to ensure projects are executed in alignment with Kirii Design’s creative vision and standards. • Collaborate closely with designers and internal team members to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables • Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods during installation days while managing installers and movers • Ability to move throughout job sites, including stairs and tight spaces as required • Ability to sit and work at a desk and computer for extended periods during office days • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role in both office and on-site environments
