Interior Design Project Manager

This role is central to ensuring an exceptional client experience while keeping projects on schedule, aligned, and running efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design process, working closely with the Design Manager to translate creative vision into a well-executed, seamless project. Develop, manage, and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestonesCoordinate closely with the Design Manager to ensure alignment between creative direction and executionKeep projects on schedule by identifying risks early and pivoting quickly when neededOversee multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detailOperations & Organization 3–7+ years of experience in interior design, project management, or a related fieldStrong understanding of the residential interior design processExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailHighly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-facing skillsProactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindsetExperience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyWhat We’re Looking For This position plays a critical role in shaping the client experience and ensuring the success of every project.
