Interior Design Project Coordinator & Design Liaison

The Project Coordinator & Design Liaison is responsible for maintaining project momentum, coordinating job site activity, managing project follow-through, documenting meetings and site visits, tracking action items, and ensuring that project information moves clearly between the design team, operations team, vendors, contractors, and Principal Designer. This role is not a purely administrative position and is not a design role. Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple, highly detailed, active projectsComfortable visiting construction sites and interacting with contractorsAbility to read drawings, schedules, and project documentation preferredExperience in project coordination, construction, interior design, architecture, or related fields preferredExperience with Asana, AI organization system or project management softwareDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple active projects. While they do not need to be a designer or make creative decisions, they must be able to understand project information deeply enough to identify when something is missing, unclear, incorrect, delayed, or unresolved.
