Interior Design Project Leader

Role Description The Project Leader will oversee the development and execution of interior design projects, including concept creation, space planning, furniture and FF&E selection, and overall design coordination. Collaboration with engineers, construction professionals, and other stakeholders will also be essential to maintain alignment with project goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Interior Design principles, including creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces Expertise in Space Planning and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) specification Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and project partners Experience in managing design projects, including timelines and client expectations Capacity to work effectively on-site in Auburn Hills, MI, with a proactive and hands-on approach Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field required Professional experience in a leadership role within interior design or related fields
