Interior Design Project Manager to join the OTO Development team. The individual will be performing a broad range of work including planning, budgeting, facilitating meetings... project management, prioritizing tasks, vendor direction, following up with team members and communicating updates to stakeholders. Candidates should have strong communication/management skills and extensive experience in hospitality interior design or procurement. Experience successfully blending the creative process and business needs for optimal outcomes. Responsibilities will include: Plan and monitor Interior Design progress and implementation for multiple hotel projects Review and/or facilitate interior design concepts Interact with stakeholders to understand Interior Design priorities and sensitivities Initiate and facilitate stakeholder Interior Design presentations and document outcomes Manage Interior Design projects and inclusive of scheduling, budget, and resources Establish standards and data requirements for the specification of FF&E Establish and maintain data exchange protocols for the efficient communication of Interior Design selections to Procurement.
