The ideal candidate will have demonstrated construction and contract administration experience on major projects. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead design teams across multiple disciplinaries and concurrent projects • Lead large scale projects to from construction to handover • Coordinate project documentation • Review architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques and costs with the design team.
