Job Description Interior Design Project Manager... Essential Functions / Job Duties • Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines • Provide test fit, interiors design and acquisition assistance to ownership • Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports • Develops, executes, manages and enhances Furniture related programs and services • Both internal and external projects for Furniture and design Desired Skills & Experience • Bachelors degree required • Three or more years of interiors experience • CAD experience a plus • Experience/connection with contract furniture manufacturers a definite plus • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision • Self-Starter, solution-oriented, resourceful, diligent with a strong work ethic • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to work and thrive in a collaborative work environment • Capacity to work independently as well as working as part of a team • Detail-oriented with ability to deliver work product on a short notice • Strong business knowledge and financial acumen • Ability to build strong professional relationships • Professional demeanor • Superior organizational skills • Excellent follow-up skills Requirements
