Interior Design Purchasing Coordinator/Project Manager (Orange County)

Our boutique Interior Design firm seeks an energetic, organized professional to join our team as a purchasing coordinator/project manager to collaborate with the design team on multiple projects. *Proficiency in the Studio Designer program is required. Responsibilities include: -Requesting vendor quotes -Entering and revising specifications into Studio Designer -Creating purchase orders, proposals, and Invoices -Tracking orders and entering order information into our system -Scheduling vendor pickups of completed orders and ensuring a smooth and pick-up experience -Constant communication with vendors via phone and email -Ensure orders are executed quickly and accurately -Handling communication between vendors for replacements when we receive damaged items -Registering us for new Trade accounts -Entering and reviewing billable hours, creating Time Billing Invoices -Reviewing business subscriptions for accuracy, organizing Dropbox files -Monthly Sales Tax reports -Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines -Awesome problem- solving skills and solution-oriented attitude Qualifications: \\- Proficiency in the program Studio Designer \\- Knowledge of the to-the-trade purchasing, vendors, and showrooms \\- Excellent attention to detail \\- Computer Savvy \\- Exceptional Organizational skills \\- Solid communication skills \\- Reliable transportation (driver’s license, valid insurance, and car) \\- Cover letter + resume This is a part time position that could quickly lead to full time for the right candidate.
