Interior Design Retail Associate

The Interior Design Retail Associate is responsible for assisting the Owner/Store Manager with the day-to-today operational management of the store, including but not limited to visual merchandising/product staging; social media support such as boutique try-ons and decor photos; customer service; merchandise pricing; inventory management; cash handling; and POS management. When the Owner and/or Store Manager is away from the store, the Retail Associate will be expected to fill the duties of this the role. • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in store and over the phone. • Ability to speak effectively in store settings. • Strong visual design skills including the ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
