The role of The Local Market Coordinator (LMC), Reporting to the District Sales Manager (DSM), is key to the success of our ever-growing team of Design Consultants (DC’s). • You’ll receive 4 weeks of world class training and be provided with state of the art tools, including a laptop, smartphone, product samples, and other resources necessary for you to support DCs • We offer a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) with a company match. • Provide support to new DC’s on ride-alongs 5 days a week for first 3- 4 weeks of selling, and subsequently provide feedback / coaching to the DC that is specific and actionable • Support new DC’s success by reviewing training items and by coaching to opportunities that arise on appointments • Assist new DC's with reviewing of client invoices to catch potential errors before order goes into production • Verify accuracy of window measurements while on ride-alongs • Provide the DSM with accurate, substantive, and timely written & verbal feedback including issues being seen in the field • Help instill good habits in new DC’s that will lead to their success : time management, following processes, responding in a timely manner to all email inquiries from Corporate Office, DSM and Customer Care • Improve sales errors occurrence and first time installation rates by researching and understanding causes of DC errors, coaching DC’s and providing feedback in team meetings • Partner with installers to identify causes of measuring errors and assist with measuring workshops in coordination with the Training Department or Installed Services Department • Present product related updates in team meetings as required by Training Department • Help coordinate installer ride-alongs with new hires during training • Live our Core Values of Integrity, One Team, Excellence, Superior Client Experience and Passion, to Delight our Customers • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows based platforms such as Word and Outlook • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance • Ability to travel overnight to support DCs in other markets if need be, and if DC is within own market, but appointments are too far from LMC to accommodate commute back and forth each day.
