Responsibilities • Manage in-store and outside sales activities • Greet and assist clients in the showroom, identify their needs, and provide tailored design/product solutions • Conduct client visits to evaluate projects and present proposals • Meet and exceed sales targets, prepare and maintain sales reports • Stay up to date with interior design trends, products, and materials • Collaborate with the design team to ensure successful project execution Qualifications • Preferably a degree or background in Interior Design or related field • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Problem-solving ability with a project-oriented mindset • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) • Valid driver’s license and flexibility for client visits Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: • Miami, FL 33127 (Required)
