Youll shadow real client consultations and get a behind-the-scenes look at how our company runs. Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling new design consultations Answer client inquiries by phone, email, and social media Coordinate with sales, design, production, and install teams Shadow consultations and client visits Help gather measurements, photos, and project details Learn how to use our design software (Mosaic) Assist in preparing proposals and follow-up emails Maintain accurate client records and timelines Support the team on-site and remotely, as needed What Were Looking For You dont need industry experience, well train you, but were looking for someone whos curious, friendly, organized, and eager to learn.
