Role Description Qualifications • Proficiency in Interior Design and space planning, with strong knowledge of design trends and principles • Consultative sales skills, including the ability to build client relationships and provide tailored solutions • Ability to create project proposals, visually communicate design concepts, and deliver impactful presentations • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Proficiency in digital tools related to design and sales, such as CAD software, CRM platforms, and presentation tools • Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial outlook and a passion for exceeding customer expectations • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional experience in interior design or sales • Prior experience in luxury retail, furniture sales, or high-touch customer service is a plus
