Engage in friendly conversation to understand their interior design needs.\n\nProvide Design Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and timeline. Utilize your design expertise to provide recommendations and suggestions to clients.\n\nBuild Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business. Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving design needs.\n\nDemonstrate Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of Ethan Allen's products, services, and brand. Be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients and answer any questions they may have.\n\nCreate Design Proposals: Utilize your design skills and knowledge of Ethan Allen's products to create visually appealing and functional design proposals for clients. Present proposals to clients and make adjustments based on their feedback.\n\nMeet Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating and selling Ethan Allen's products and services to clients. Utilize your sales skills to close deals and upsell products and services.\n\nStay Updated on Design Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate them into your design proposals. Share your knowledge and expertise with clients to help them make informed design decisions.\n\nCollaborate with Team: Work closely with other members of the Ethan Allen team, including designers, sales associates, and management, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.\n\nMaintain Client Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, design preferences, and purchases. Utilize this information to provide personalized service to clients and build long-term relationships.\n\nUphold Company Standards: Maintain a professional and polished appearance and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
