Conduct sales consultations with clients to understand their design needs and preferences Utilize knowledge of Ethan Allen products and design principles to make product recommendations to clients Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, addressing any concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and design techniques to provide clients with the most current and relevant information Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and follow-up with clients Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing and functional spaces for clients Participate in design events and networking opportunities to promote Ethan Allen and expand client base Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions, client information, and design projects Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and ways to improve the overall sales process.
