Position: Interior Design Sales Specialist (full-time/part-time) Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Greet and engage guests using the Guest Engagement Model • Determine guests’ goals for their design project • Provide relevant design advice, product knowledge, and recommendations • Present customized room designs with sample fabrics, furniture, etc. Associate degree in interior design or equivalent. Pay range: $18.45–$23.95 per hour, based on education, experience, skills, location, and market data. Eligible for team bonus based on KPIs.
