Our client is a nationally recognized organization serving the hospitality, design, and interiors industry and is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow established accounts throughout the Orlando market. Manage and grow an established territory of hospitality and design-focused accounts Develop strong relationships with interior designers, architects, purchasing professionals, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial clients Partner with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions Identify opportunities to expand existing business through relationship selling Present products, concepts, and solutions that align with client visions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Manage projects and client relationships from initial consultation through completion 3+ years of territory sales, account management, or business development experience Background in textiles, fabrics, furniture, flooring, window treatments, interiors, hospitality design, or related industries preferred Experience working with interior designers, hospitality groups, architects, or commercial clients a plus Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills Creative mindset with an appreciation for design, trends, and client experience Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a territory independently Professional presence with the ability to work with designers and executive-level clients Must live in the Orlando area $85,000 base salary plus uncapped commission $110,000-$120,000+ earning potential Hybrid work environment with excellent work-life balance Established territory and existing client relationships Opportunity to grow a market through partnerships and referrals Comprehensive benefits package Career growth with a respected national organization If you are a sales professional with a passion for design, interiors, and building lasting client relationships, this is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a growing organization where relationships matter.
