You will have the opportunity to develop a wide array of skills. • Ability to work independently on all phases of a project, including the independent construction contract administration on interior design projects. • Other duties as assigned. • Possesses knowledge of the OSSC/ADAAG and possesses the ability to achieve the intent of the code. • Ability to negotiate with and/or advocate for team members, consultants, clients, jurisdictions for the benefit of SERA and the project.
