Interior Design Senior Project Manager

OHARA DAVIES-GAETANO INTERIORS, a world-class high-end design firm, seeks an efficient, detail-oriented, diligent Senior Interior Designer with 12+ years of design firm experience to lead our Project Managers and Junior Designers on luxury residential interior design projects at our New York City, Los Angeles, Flathead Lake / MT, and Palm Beach / FL offices. • Product pricing • Assist in preparing comprehensive project documentation, including full drawing set submissions, specification writing, schedules, and construction administration tasks • Complete accountability for all purchasing to include: • Review all orders to ensure merchandise is ordered correctly to client specifications • Ensure all elements of custom product are correct, including measurements, hardware, finish, type of wood, etc. Experience: • 12+ years' experience in interior design • Residential design and space planning expertise Work Schedule: The firm handles projects of every type and scale, from a vineyard estate in Sonoma to an 800-acre cattle ranch outside Dallas to a Mediterranean villa in Florida to an oceanfront estate in the Caribbean.
