This position is responsible for meeting with home buyers to complete detail selections, colors, and options on their homes. • Educate buyers on the nature of the products they are selecting to ensure compatibility with their lifestyle. • Offer upgrades, within the confines of a client’s budget, to achieve a desired function or flair. • Process necessary paperwork to implement selections and change orders.
