What You Will Be Doing • Developing campus design vision packages (philosophy, mood boards, materials, lighting characteristics, furniture guidance) that convey premium quality and avoid conventional school aesthetics • Generating detailed spatial plans that support flexible learning environments, optimal circulation, and cohesive lighting and environmental principles • Establishing and managing design standards and boundaries that ensure campus consistency while allowing adaptation to varying floor plans • Executing rapid iteration cycles on active campuses by identifying refinement opportunities and producing prioritized action lists that enhance polish without delaying openings They offer a dynamic, on‑campus and remote‑friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
