Coordinate with the Facility Design Team Lead to provide site and office planning, design, layout and configuration recommendations for government facilities that adhere to building, life safety and ADA codes but are also functional and in line with agency standards. Gather requirements, identify options to support customer requirements, develop statements of work, coordinate all work with the customer for approvals, develop contractual documents to perform work, and work with customer to submit documentation for approval. Ability to learn and support multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
