Job OverviewThe Interior Design Specialist will be responsible for designing kitchen, bath, and surface color and product solutions for a variety of project spaces, re-models and new construction in a home center environment. Responsibilities and Duties • Consult with clients on a desired project, re-model or new build. • Finalize customer product orders for sold projects and timeline for product needs. However, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: • Retail and home improvement knowledge • Paint color matching and mixing abilities • Experience with Epicor Eagle 2020 design • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
