Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (NCIDQ certification is a plus) • Experience: Minimum of 8 years (SPM) of experience in project management, including a strong understanding of design, construction, and contract language. Ability to work independently and with a team. Authority & Accountability: • Authority: Empowered by Leadership to manage project costs, represent the company with external stakeholders, train junior team members, and ensure all project-related decisions align with company standards. • Accountability: Responsible for meeting all project goals, with performance evaluated by your reporting Principal.
