Experience : Minimum of 8 years (SPM) of experience in project management, including a strong understanding of design, construction, and contract language. Authority : Empowered by Leadership to manage project costs, represent the company with external stakeholders, train junior team members, and ensure all project-related decisions align with company standards. Accountability : Responsible for meeting all project goals, with performance evaluated by your reporting Principal.
