The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a key role in successfully executing design and construction projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (NCIDQ certification is a plus)Experience: Minimum of 8 years (SPM) of experience in project management, including a strong understanding of design, construction, and contract language.Skills: Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, cost management, client relations, and control software (CAD, Revit, Microsoft 365). Authority: Empowered by Leadership to manage project costs, represent the company with external stakeholders, train junior team members, and ensure all project-related decisions align with company standards.Accountability: Responsible for meeting all project goals, with performance evaluated by your reporting Principal.
