Design & Planning Support: Assist senior designers with interior design concepts, spatial layouts, and color/material palettes for residential projects. Responsible for writing specifications for designated divisions. Develop familiarity with California residential requirements, including California Building Code (CBC) and applicable residential standards, Title 24 and CALGreen considerations as they relate to interior finishes and fixtures, basic accessibility concepts and applicable ADA standards where required. Client Interaction: Attends meetings with senior staff and may present specific design solutions directly to the client.
