You might be our candidate if: • You’ve got an Interior Design degree from an accredited program (and are fluent in ACAD, Sketchup & InDesign) • You bring 10+ years of work experience (doesn’t have to be in design; hospitality, retail, or event planning experience = big bonus) • You’re creative, friendly, social, and thrive on variety • You’re calm in chaos, detail-obsessed, and have follow-through for days • You're • You’re someone we’d want to grab a beer (or matcha) with after work What you’ll do: • Assist our Design Director and Studio Director in executing their projects from start to finish • Support design concepts, sourcing, styling, and installs • Help with marketing, PR, and social media initiatives • Network and pitch MCI at events • Manage timelines, details, and follow-up • Execute creative ideas across our brands We know applying for jobs takes a lot of time, so we'll reply to anyone who submits a tailored cover letter and let you know if you'll be moving forward in the interview process or not.
