Collaborate with clients and the architectural and engineering teams in all phases of design to develop interior design solutions for a variety of project types. Provide clear feedback to studio members on performance, both positive and constructive, to aid in their professional development and contribution to the success of the studio and firm. Take a leadership role outside the office in client and industry related events, and outside boards, with a focus on business development. Excellent leadership and project management skills necessary to develop and maintain team and client relationships.
